“Hour of Code” in the KINGDOM:
The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify “code”, to show that anybody can learn the basics, and to broaden participation in the field of computer science. It has become an annual tradition at RCHS in support of this worldwide effort and to celebrate computer science. Fellow MONARCHS participated in coding activities of various levels during this hour. Some examples were:

NAVAL Base visit by RCHS Engineering Academy:
The Engineering Academy on December 4th toured the Surface Targets Area of The Port Hueneme Naval Base. Students saw how 3D printers are implemented in the real world, learned about PCB controllers, autonomous driving jet skis and boats. The tour was very interactive, and the students learned that working in a team is important in the business world.
