ParentVue App Issues?

ParentVue/StudentVue Update Instructions

 
Greetings OUHSD Students, Parents and Staff,

We recently updated our Student Information System. During this process, ParentVue and StudentVue were also updated and you will need to update the app on your device.

To do so, please follow the directions below:

Step 1- Open the StudentVue/ParentVue App on your device and click the gear/wheel icon in the lower left corner:
 

Step 2-Swipe left on the OUHSD name section, and choose delete:
 

Step 3- Type in the ZIP Code 93030 and then the search button:
 

Step 4- Select the Oxnard High School District option, and click yes on the “Are you sure” message:
 

Step 5- Please select “Already Activated” when it askes you if you need an activation key:
 

Step 6- You should now be able to login just as you did previously with the same login information
These same directions apply to StudentVue as well, the background will look just green instead of purple. If you are having any trouble, please submit a ticket to our Helpdesk at www.oxnardunion.org/submit-ticket and one of our representatives will get in touch with you.
