Freshman Support Programs

Rancho Campana aims to help Freshmen get acclimated to the high school experience. We have several programs designed to help students.

The academy Bridge Program

For incoming freshmen in all academies, this two-week program is offered in August by RCMakes. All academy programs run concurrently on campus with both academy-specific activities and combined activities. This is a fee-based program because it is run by RCMakes our student-run business, but scholarships are available. Students love this program because they can meet people in their academy before school starts.

freshmen orientation days

All students have the opportunity before school to come on campus for tours and schedules during the school Preview Days. However, in addition to these days before school starts, Freshmen are in intensive orientation days the first two days in the Performing Arts Center. During this time they will learn how to navigate our digital platforms (Canvas, Google, email, etc.), learn about our clubs, learn about how to access resources such as the Wellness center. Be introduced to our staff members, and have a rules presentation by the principal. They will also get the opportunity to meet other Freshmen students in small groups and ask questions.
